Linicro Larder lamb is a 100-per cent natural product. The only additive is the seasoning in the lamb burgers. (Please be aware that this does contain gluten.) Grass-fed lamb is incredibly nutrient-dense. It contains more omega-3 than most land animals and high levels of oleic acid (the kind found in olive oil). Our lamb has high concentrations of bioavailable, highly digestible protein. It contains large quantities of vitamins and minerals, particularly B vitamins and zinc, and a range of beneficial compounds, including creatine, glutathione, conjugated linoleic acid, carnosine, and taurine. All our lamb is hung for 10 days before butchering to ensure that it is not only good for you but also wonderfully tender!
